Acceptance

By using Ping, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, uninstall the extension.

What Ping Provides

Personalized email sending through Gmail, open/click tracking, reply detection, follow-up automation, and analytics. Client-side tool using Gmail's API.

Acceptable Use

• Comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Only email people with a legitimate reason to hear from you
• Honor unsubscribe requests
• Don't use Ping for phishing or fraud

Authentication

Ping uses Google OAuth. You can revoke access anytime through Google Account settings.

Liability

Ping is provided "as is." We're not responsible for delivery failures or tracking inaccuracies.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue features. Reasonable notice for material changes.
